Thanks! Well on a great note thanks to help from people here I found a serial number tag as the original one on the saw was broken into 4 pieces. I sent a picture to sugar creek saw to see if they'd be willing to remake a decal for these plates to allow for repainting them. Well unfortunately sugar creek was a pretty blunt no on the idea. Due to being a one man shop and they didn't see my point in adding it to their decal sets. Anyhow, no big deal.
Anybody have any other ideas or sources for decals I can try? These tags have stickers on them and the numbers are the only thing engraved so someone outta be able to make a decal for these.
