Bill, yep, got the old saw at an estate sale, cuts great, makes a great work bench too.
I have no idea who can ID the clutch. I can post more pictures if need be, the only thing stamped on it is on or off and an arrow. Really its probably going to end up in the trash.

Well took it out, made a few cuts, and she died when I let it idle. Just died. Won't restart no how no way, I pulled it over 50 times.
Finally, I gave up and went to take a picture of the flywheel side of the motor for woodplayer, and I discovered something. The coil has two wires, one goes to the switch, the other has a eye on the end. Turns out that wire should have been attached to the top coil bolt, grounding it. It was getting a (crappy) ground to the case, causing my problem. Put it back on the bolt (and cleaned out the crap under the cover) and it's good as new.
Tomorrow I'm finishing up the cuts.

Made a few cuts today but was very busy so I couldn't mess with the saw a lot. Besides a crack in one of the handle mounts, and a tad bit of excessive smoke, the saw did very well.

rowdy235, good to see you found the problem.
I was hoping that by cleaning all the crap that I seen in your photo would lead you to find the problem. Now just try to keep er clean under there! ;D
