What is the clutch from? Get the IPL for that saw and see what the part number for the springs is that you are looking for.

I have the same 3" clutch in my 350, the IPL shows part number 63977 for the springs.

That clutch doesn't look quite right to be the A-69459; the shoes are too "long". It looks more like an XL-800 setup. Is the backplate a true 3" or closer to 3 1/8"?

Here's pics of the A-69459 clutch from an XL-123. I've gone back through my old image files of the clutch plates and the only on that looks like the clutch that you posted is the 63053-*, which was used on some C-series, XL-700 to XL-800, XL-12's, etc... Almost all of Homelite's clutchs have divisions between the clutch shoes that are cast into the backplate. The 63053-* is unique as it offers full radius clutch shoes. There's two different types; they look the same but one is threaded for inboard operation and one for outboard. I measured one of mine on-hand at about 2 7/8". That was another unique part of this setup: the clutch shoes rode about 1/8" above the edge of the backplate. I honestly don't know what clutch you have, but if I was guessing based on what I know, it's a 63053 backplate with 63052 clutch shoes that are very worn, especially the one at the top of your pic. If I am right in that guess, you would need 63034 or 65842 clutch springs.

In my haste, I didn't see the difference between the two photos of the two clutches. Thanks to those that have made the correct information available for 99tahoe. I will double check myself in the future. 99tahoe, hope you have solved your problem.
