Acquired this today. Excellent compression. Throttle linkage needs reassembling and carb most likely needs rebuilt. Anyone have a pic of the governor setup?

Thanks Leon. It looks like someone has removed/messed with the governor at some point.

Someone has definitely removed the governor. Did some disassembly this evening and the air vane is gone. The link has been cut. Hopefully I can track everything down.

Tracked everything down. Chainsawr in Vermont had the air vane and link along with the throttle rod. eBay had the governor spring. Need to get the handle half and mounting screws from Ace hardware this weekend.

Nice saw!! I just picked up a red one tonight and a blue one on sunday. I got the blue one running already. It's a beast. I'll get a carb rebuild kit for the red one hopefully it'll be running by the weekend!!
