Today is a screwy day.. literally.. every so often I take a some time and sort new hardware into parts bins.. best thing I ever did is have all my hardware numerically sorted.. no one likes it but the end result is worth it.. I have to stay on top of my parts inventory or it can get overwhelming to organize.. they are useless to have unless organized..

My biggest concern is allowing for future growth in inventory.. constant battle and redshifting boxes to make room for the new

We used to have two five gallon buckets full of miscellaneous bolts, nuts, screws, plastic clips,etc... at the body shop where I work. The best thing we ever did was hire my son to come in one day and sort all that mess out into bolt bins. It's amazing how much time is saved looking for that certain fastener! Now if I could only get organized at home...🙄

I am liking your method, and your workplace! Very nice. I don't stock many parts but did organize all my spark plugs and made a "cheat sheet" of what each one fits. Saved me 10x the time it took me to do it
