I was super careful not to lose any of the needle bearings, but I only got 30 out of the saw, of course some one without a brain has been inside this thing before I bought it, so no telling what else is missing. they glued the oil reservoir together, no screws. The IP list the needle bearings as A-63496, never found any using that number. The first revision SXL IPL list the part as 69054, so if they are the same I need a set or one needle bearing to complete my set. Thanks

I actually just ran into the same thing on a couple of 925s. Some time ago I picked up 4. I made two good runners out of them and the rest went on the shelf. Last we I had time and took the other two down to make one. I had to take the rods off of each. One of them had 28 needles the other had 27. It was the first time I had take. Either one of them apart. They have been on the shelf for at least a year probably more since I got them.

Now that I think of it I have one of the older blue and white super XL as a parts saw with a good rod and needles. If it will work you are welcome to them

If it will work you are welcome to them Thank you very much, but I don't want you to go to the trouble of tearing the saw down to get to them. I found a set on eBay and I can save the short set in case I lose any on future saws
