While browsing through my local repair shop I came across the newest addition to my Homelite family. If I'm reading my serial number right, it was made April 6, 1971. All the parts are there and appears in very good shape. Haven't put a tester on it yet but seem to have good compression. Any idea on what these saws are going for?

That's an awesome looking EZ. They are one of my favorite series of saws homelite built. Lightweight, easy to handle, but pack a punch for power.
Hard to put a price on it. I picked up my SEZ 11 years ago (was my first homelite) for $5, but it was a basket case.
I'd say that saw would pry bring anywhere from $100 to $150 in my neck of the woods.

Over the past yr.or so the price of an EZ has doubled or tripled on Ebay.I used to pick them up fairly cheap, but neederd work done to them, others were in running condition.I'd pick them up for $30 or less, but now you're lucky if a decent one comes up for $75 - $100.I agree with Rowdy on the price range.Of course there are those people who still live in the past & think they can pick them up for a dime a dozen. I'm always on the lookout for a blue one. They seem to be a little harder to find. Powerful little saws.

Sweet deal, hope it runs as good as it looks. When you can see no abuse, I believe the saw is worth a looking at and a fair price. You did good, enjoy.
