Coming to you from my front porch, I got this from ebay from a gentleman who said local pickup in CA only, talked him into shipping it to me. Came with original receipt, tools, literature, case and even a sweet Homelite gas can, wife says it looks like a Ferrari so I guess that means I can acquire a few more! Lol need a nos bar for it then it will be like it was in 1976! Thats Annie the beagle spying from the window and a size comparison with a yellow saw! 9D3A5A2C-CC6F-4766-86A3-DB3F814AF0EE by Justin Jacobs, on Flickr D7C146AA-78C9-4107-8CAB-F8E73941B53C by Justin Jacobs, on Flickr CD920638-AD99-421C-85B0-E2DF68C72F3D by Justin Jacobs, on Flickr 250F2936-D134-43EE-A634-40016B51CEA4 by Justin Jacobs, on Flickr

Wow that is an awesome score, I looked at that listing and almost snatched it but got shy when I saw local pickup only. I don’t have anybody I know in California. That is a super clean one and all the goodies to boot. Glad you talked him into shipping.

Apparently he got rid of it because he is switching to all electric tools. When he shipped it he put everything in separate garbage bags and spray foamed the inside, very secure and very hard to remove! lol

SUPER EZ SN:40300724 DOM: Wednesday, January 30th, of 1974, unit 724 ... 16525 days ago Wow, doubt I will look half as good as this saw at 45! haha The receipt says he purchased it in 1976, cant believe the receipt was actually intact. This gentleman is like my dad and I , we keep all documents and tags for pretty much everything. Dad has a couple of large boxes filled with manuals, warranty card, etc. all organized, and a lot of them dad don't even own anymore! lol

You scored some REALLY nice stuff! I enjoy the Homelite memorabilia almost as much as the saws. If you ever want to part with that gas can, keep me in mind. I suppose I'll have to get in line right? Haha

Haha I am the same way, i love some memorabilia! This is my second Homelite gas can actually, but only one that has that spout with it. I will keep you in mind, no lines, just a long time before I actually part with anything! lol I have started so many projects with the aim of selling it, but in the end I am too much a collector to actually part with it, which explains why I have so many McCulloch SP81's haha Its the old tin helmets I wish I had, never see those gems except in Scotts88's collection! lol

Nice Score, about as close to NOS as you can get, doesn't look like it was used much at all, and with all the accessories!

Now that is a sweet score there. I need one of those homelite gas cans. I have a strange obsession with gas cans. I mean strange! lol I have so many from latvian jerry cans, "tactically acquired" Scepter jerry cans from when I was in the Marine Corps, blitz, teepee and others. Probably have 30-40 gas cans! haha
