So I have never seen an XL Automatic with the later color scheme. It is a Terry saw so I wanted to come here and ask about it. The UT number according to records here says it is an XL-12 but the markings dont say XL-12, They say XL-Automatic and it has the SXL oil tank setup, so that leads me to believe it is the 58cc top end.
UT: 50156 Serial No: T8300226
If you want to see pics I can email them because I cant figure out how to post pictures here, they seem to all be too big.

I have suspected the XL-12 +UT:50156 SN:T8300494 on the List has the throttle handle from a XL-Automatic. The rest of the saw is all XL-12.
Terry dropped "Super" from the model name of the XL-Automatic, but in fact you have a SXL-AO. Built in 1983.
There is a procedure for posting pictures to Flickr given in the New to the Site thread..Member Profiles Board.

Mr Undee70ss is going to post them for me. I suspected it was something like that, but it is nice that someone else has seen this, it threw me for a loop because I had never seen one before.

Do you have any history of your saw ? The only other one I have heard of was sold a while ago by a member: scotts2000 ... IIRC

I do not, I just identified it for two buddies of mine in Canada who didnt know what they were looking at. I knew it was the larger bore because of the location of the oil reservoir, but I told them I had never seen one marked as XL Automatic in the later 80's color scheme. I guess I could ask them where they got it from.

The one I was thinking of was UT:50156 ( XL-AO ) .. I may be mistaken on it's (prev.) owner. I don't remember where I found that one, looked at hundreds of tags searching for UT numbers not on the memos. List corrected, +UT:50156 ( XL-Automatic ) SN:T8300142
The current +UT:50132 ( XL-AO ) SN:T7901997 .. on the List is longpork's ... Is your SN earlier ?
