Just got this. Doesn’t look like it had a lot of use. I have the saw, circular saw, brushcutter, and now pump.

You DOG, that is a beauty! Nice job. Be sure to drain the water out any time you are done using it. My larger pump has a lot of damage as a result of not doing that. Once I get mine working, I will leave the drain plug out for storage, to ensure it drys out inside.
Where did you find it?

Very, very nice! The external gas tank was an addition or option?
I have to go, I'm turning green.

Its an XL-12 power head, with governor and the standard fuel setup.
They did make a multipurpose saw with the SXL power head, it is the DM-20.

Did they make a xl-98 type saw with that blue power head? Dan They did make a pump with the XL923 engine, I don't think they were blue though.

Did they make a xl-98 type saw with that blue power head? Dan There was a cut-off/demolition saw with the Super XL power head, the DM 20. I don't know if they were made in blue, the only picture I could find of one was the red starter cover, on Leon's website. There are a few parts manuals for them on eBay.

I think the tank was standard too, I've never seen one without it. I can't imagine the pump would run very long on the internal tank, I've actually been surprised how much these pumps can burn when you're running them!
