Classic Dr / patient question : "does this look normal to you ?" I measured the holes , the filter end is .090" bore and the tube is .038" bore , maybe brass . certainly doesnt look like the "duck bill" in the parts diagram but looks like a good quality life long item . "

The large piece is the oil pickup filter, the small piece is the bronze tube the duckbill connects to.

The top of the oil tank should look like this. Duckbill is attached to bronze tube.
