It looks great! Very low use on that one. I have always wondered why the Canadian sold saws had different mufflers than the U.S. versions.

Things cross border back then when duty rates were high depended upon duty and freight vs the cost to tool up. Sort of like what's happening now. Also, most of the export saws came out of Terry due to preferred duty rates. With all the baffles in the Canadian models, the saws are somewhat quieter. Maybe Europe or Austraila had noise emission regs back then. Not sure.

Great find, in great shape! Congrats! I'm still waiting to add a VI saw to my till. Love those VI Super Mini SL's. God knows if I'll ever see one other than in pictures.
