Welcome to the House of Homelite. That’s the first time I ever seen a 7-19 with the brush cutter attachment. I bet that thing is heavy.

Yes, Welcome. That IS a big heavy beast. Nice condition.
You are welcome to ramble all you like if you are going to post pictures like that. I don't know off hand what plug that thing takes but I don't think you are too far off with the CJ8. Run it wide open for a couple minutes, shut it off and pull the plug. If it is pure white, its too hot, if its black it too cold. Higher numbers with Champion plugs are hotter. Not always true with other brands. If there is room in there above the piston, some engines run better with an extended nose plug. I don't know if the CJ8 is extended already.

Another welcome to the forum. That's one hell of a brush cutter, thanks for sharing. Love the old EZ also.

Welcome to HOH! That's the first "real" brushcutter of that style I've ever seen. Read about them, but I don't think there's too many left...nice piece to your collection!

thanks everyone. Cut some ditches with it today. Ran 3 tanks of gas through it only ran it for an hour and a half but felt like a lot more to me. I think I'll cut the rest with the tractor and brush cutter. The govener spring is missing so i think ill leave it rich like it is so I don't over rev it but ones it's working seems to even out pretty good.i figure it weighs around 35 pounds. I have to move the harness loop back to balance it out better. The start Where I called it quits Shameless selfie with a better picture of the harness

Lets see, sit on a tractor or haul that beast around on my shoulder, hmmm.... Yup, I am going with the tractor! Yup, lol. Only got about a quarter of the way done and the tractor will have the rest done in about half an hour at most... I'll probably break it out top clean up along the fence. I still got that new fancy feeling from it where I'm looking for excuses to use it.
