I've been trying to clean/straighten up the garage for two days. Got the saws down off their shelves, cleaned all the non saw stuff off, and put them back in their nests. Before I put them up I snapped a couple pics from front and back, Joe. See if I can figure out what's in the pile, working from front back. C5 W/24"bar, Super 150, XL924 W/30"bar, Super EZ, Mac 15, Mac 550, Super 1050 W/ 24" bar, Super 1050 Automatic W/36" bar, C72 W/ 36" bar, Echo 650EVL, Farm Bos 290 Stihl 08S. There's 3-4 under the car, a couple out in the shed and 2 downstairs. The ones missing in action, that I can think of, are the Super 2, a C51, and an XL700. Looks like I'm right about 20, not doing too bad at keeping the herd down, Joe.

Great collection Joe, you should be proud.
A suggestion though to preserve them: Get the ones on the floor up off the concrete. Concrete is corrosive to mag, it will eat the bottom out of any saw you leave sitting there. That would be a shame.

Thanks guys, wish you could have seen all the ones I sold when Dad passed away. Mom was downsizing, they had the main house and big bank barn from a farm that got subdivided. They had 3-5 acres, I forget exactly. One day Mom said I'm having a yard sale next weekend, come get any of your Dad's stuff you want. Just by chance I was cleaning out my big shed and had all my stuff spread all over the yard, the grass was jumping and needed cut. I was on the night shift and not sleeping. So, I threw a major tissy fit and said screw it, and sold all of his and my saws, except the 2 Super 1050's and his Disston DA211. Slowly I've been picking up saws I remember from when I worked with Dad. Just looking at the pic, the only saw that was Dad's is the 1050 on the far right. His other 1050, I ran with a carb leak trying to finish a side job, and leaned it out and melted the rings into the piston. I gave that one to SVK with most of the parts to rebuild. In that pile 5 are great runners, a couple run but have issues. The XL924 was a screamer, and then it started leaning out when turned on it's side, so I suspect crank seals.
For the wanna be collector, I've got about $300 total in all of those saws. Not counting new chains. The 24" 1050 I bought a couple months ago for $150 and the two Macs I paid $35 each at a yard sale last weekend. I could have dickered them down easy, but it was a friends mother. The rest are $1-$15 auction buys, Joe.

A little update on the line up. The blue C series is a C51. I couldn't find my C5, and realized it's the one I gave one of my UPS buddy's to mill with. He wanted to pay me something for it, so I gave him a 330 to fix. He is a notorious tinkerer.

Nice saws and very little dollars in them too. I spent way more than that for just 1 saw

If my wife knew what I had spent on my saws, I'd be single and looking for a place to store them all!!!!

I've got some sources for parts and the exact match paint for the orange and silver.

Thanks sawnami, I was a little misleading there. The DA211 survived the initial sell off, I finally let it go a year or so ago. But, I have a lead on another one.
