Did you buy this bar new or used?I looked at all the bar mount patterns available on Mike Acres' site & there is nothing there that compares to this one.Although there are some patterns that have no pics.

Any numbers on the bar? If no what size is the slot. Really can’t tell just from the pic.

The seller says its stamped HV16-58TA and on the bar is V4 UHL 16 50T. On the tip is P/N GB-11-A Pitch .375 That bar is a GB brand. There's is another one with the same type of mount pattern but its a Windsor C30 5176 20CJL50 SN. The GB bar is 16" and the Windsor Bar is 20 I thought GB Homelite bars were UHL models and I thought a .375 might be the same as a 3/8" pitch

That looks like a universal pattern that I've seen used on smaller Husky's. If it is 3/8" pitch and .050" gauge, it would also match up to a Super EZ or XL-101 family.

Same as a K095 Oregon bar mount. The Windsor bar and the GB bar look the same. The K095 looks a little different but should be familiar if you have some small Homelites.

The trick with the 290/340 bars is watching the chain pitch...most were equipped with .325" from the factory, but 3/8"LP was available. Those 3/8"LP bars can be used on some of the other K095 mount saws.

8.2mm = .325", 9.5mm = .375" (sort of). Not sure why you would refer those numbers to the "slot". They would be pitch numbers and need to match the sprockets in the nose of the bar and at the clutch. Which according to your post is .375 or 3/8" or 9.5mm. ("The seller says its stamped HV16-58TA and on the bar is V4 UHL 16 50T. On the tip is P/N GB-11-A Pitch .375")
No matter what else is going on, the two sprockets need to match for pitch. If you want to get a bar for a saw, the nose sprocket pitch has to be mated to the clutch pitch. If you are changing chain pitches, the two sprockets need to be changed also to match the new chain pitch. The width of the groove in the bar needs to match the width of the driver links, often .050 or 1.1mm.

I've had the exact opposite experience; finding a 3/8" version when I needed it turned into a real PITA! What really sucks about the 290 & 340 is you have to change out the oil pump drive gear when switching sprocket pitches.
