Today I decided to look in my shed to see what I had left untouched for saws to work on.I spotted another EZ that I'd gotten back in Jan.I remember going through the saws at the time, but after picking up 30 I kinda lost track. This saw is red & white & is identical to the blue EZ I have.It has only a manual oiler on it as well. The chain was a little stiff from sitting for yrs.I popped the muffler off to look at the piston & cylinder - all looked good there. The oiler was slightly plugged, but after running some kerosene through it,it works fine now.I checked for spark on what looked like a new plug - it's got great spark. The next test was to prime it & see if it'd fire.I had to put fuel in the plug hole & then she fired.I need a new pawl stud, spring, pawl & washer. It cranks nice with just one,but I think two is better. It needs a new fuel line & a carb rebuild too.It has a Zip Penn bar on it from way back in the day.The saw wasn't used that much because there's still red paint on the handle, the muffler is chrom like new,& it has great compression. The only downfall is - there are no tags to be found anywhere on the saw.I'll post pics tomorrow. 20180327_105137 by edju1958, on Flickr 20180327_105047 by edju1958, on Flickr 20180327_105026 by edju1958, on Flickr 20180327_105026 by edju1958, on Flickr

Did you take a peek behind the clutch to see of there's an oil pump? I don't think they made a Super EZ without one.
Great looking saw!
