I've already been in communication with Joyce,Leon, oologahan about this,I'd thought I'd share it with everyone as well.As luck would have it,my handle decided to just break, maybe because it's just plain old.Anyway,as you can see in the ppics, the handle is split into two halves.I only need one of the halves to repair the handle. It's a Terry Ind.saw,so that might make things a little tougher trying to get a replacement part. 20180207_183946 by edju1958, on Flickr 20180207_183912 by edju1958, on Flickr

something is wrong here Ed. Where is your manual oiler tab/tank on the left side of the handle, did you take it off?

Well Ed says that handle wont work for his saw, but I'm not sure why. I guess I'm not the person to ask to look for parts

Actually the one on Ebay does appear to have the cutout for the grip, but the seller is referencing the wrong part# for the part pictured. I know Jim, so it's an honest mistake...but that part looks to me like it will fit. I know the IPL calls for a different part#, but the odds of ever finding that part new are between slim & none. The big key here is whether that throttle handle is original to the saw or not. The 925 airbox/throttle handle had less of a "tail" on the handle cover at the rear.
Ed can you get one more picture of the cover from the side so that we can see the full shape? Also what looks different than the one oologahan recommended? I'd really like to know how much stuff has been changed out on your saw!

Yeah,I'll get a couple more shots of it tomorrow. If you all remember, this was a 902 that had a 903 engine transplant, who knows maybe more than just the engine was transplanted?I'm also going to take the broken side off have it with me right ib front of the PC where I can look at both of them real good to make sure it is or isn't the right one.Funny thing - he has another one identical, but it's blue,& he want $2 less & free shipping. It doesn't matter to me what color it is,I can always get a spray can of paint.

A can of spray paint cost 5 bucks are you sure you want to spend that kind of dough. You might make it into a "christmas" saw like some others I've seen, or rat rod saw.

Yeah Mike,a rat rod saw sounds cool.Lol IO looked at the handle you sent me a link on yesterday - it looks like that's the one.I have the black grips on mine which makes it look deceiving. The other blue one that he has is not identical. The red handle is part # A-65882-A,whereas the blue handle is part #65882,it does look identical though.I sent dozerdude an offer on the blue handle, waiting to hear back from him.I cantacted him earlier asking what the difference was between the two handles - he replied "I think just the color".He has a 30 return policy,so I'll wait & see.

So I guess my bubble didn't burst? No,it didn't burst.LolI'll take a pic of my handle with the grip on & another with the grip off, then you can see how deceiving that grip is when it's on the handle.Sometimes the pics of an item aren't the best, especially if there's only one.

With the additional pictures, that looks like the late 925 style throttle cover...notice how the "tail" of the cover doesn't extend very far.
