I bought some chain a while back that didn't fit my super XL, I offered it to a fried and he said he would give me 2 old saw for it. Getting a Super XL and Super EZ. I have 5 Super XL's now, how are the Super EZs?

Are you sure that saw is a Super EZ or just an EZ? The EZ was 37.6 cc the Super EZ was 40.9. I believe both were auto oilers.

They are snappy little saws with lots of torque. Not a Super XL but a lot lighter and more maneuverable too. They have pretty high compression, requiring a decompression valve to start them & probably out perform most other saws in that CC range.
I'd be thrilled to get that saw for some chain. I love the design and features.

Two saws for a loop of chain you can't use sounds like a winner to me.
