My XL-80, XL-850, and XL-903 have 5/16" bar studs, but I noticed that my XL-923 and Super XL-925 have 3/8" bar studs that changes both the spacing in the drive case covers, but also negates the need for the spacer for the newer Homelite bars that the earlier saws needed. I have spacers for my SEZAO's that are smaller and larger ones for my XL-800, XL-850, and XL-903, but my XL-923, XL-925 didn't need them because of the larger studs. I wanted to buy a couple from Joyce and I think I confused her with too much mansplaining. I told her I wanted the 64448 spacer for my XL-902 AM. Did I get this right?

I don't bother with the "S" clips much anymore. I use 3 coils off a 3/8" extension spring from the hardware store for spacers. Works great and easy to come by.
Shipping out of the US to Canada has become very expensive over the last couple of years for most stuff.
