Say Bill, Have any VI's to get rid of? I'm looking for a VI Super Mini, or VI125. I would also like to find a Zip5, but most of all, I am looking for a Zip6. If I ever find one I will change my handle to Old Zip6! Someone PLEASE tell me they know of a Zip6 for sale... There is a Super Mini on an auction site now. As for the VI series I am limited. I am on the Iowa-Illinois border so getting saws marketed in Canada is tough. Now as for the Zips I have them. I would have to take a closer look to see it any have the big jugs. I do get a nice kart engine the other day Bill

I do not think I have any 909 saws. are you wanting Direct or Gear? Bill Direct preferably, but would probably take a a gear if the opportunity presented itself. Thats good as I want the gear drives. They are easy to overcome and race Bill

I think you may have misunderstood my post. Yes the .404 is cheaper but the gears are hard to get. That is why I work on building the gears. Bill

oldbigred I see you are looking for a Super EZ, I am too, a matched set of a red one and a blue one. Yup I am. I'm looking for one with the red/white paint scheme. But that saw and the blue super xl I see quite frequently, Im just waiting for the 'right one' to present itself. If I run across any nice blue ones I'll drop you a line randy.

......................... BTW Bill, I have found several of the part numbers you had posted in that other thread. I'm not quite done looking them up yet as I get sidetracked easily. I also have to see if I have enough of each one to let go of any. I will let you know what I turn up. That sounds good. Bill

I should have most of the color variations. Bill

Ok, I did see that one. Those are pretty much just SEZ's with different stickers. I am looking for the ones that have all that V.I. voodoo all over them.,,,,,,,,,,,. I agree but the Canada versions are nice to have down here. Billl

Hey if you're looking for a Canadian model, how about an XL1 ao, almost the same as SEZ. I got one I'm thinking of selling, now thats its all fixed up and running great, but would like to put a tankfull thru her first to make sure everything is OK. Original paint is quite good, new fuel and oil vent duckbills, new rope, new carb kit, points cleaned and gapped, replaced coil, piston and rings very good, complete saw very clean.

No the XL1 did not come with a compression release. As you mention there is a factory plug of some sort instead. You may be able to add a manual oiler if you have the parts, I can't recall if the pump itself has an extra spigot for another oil line or not.
