Can't get my new spring to catch to wind it. seems spring center is off center to much to catch .

Was it an aftermarket spring from Ebay? If so, a great many of the 65107's that I've seen out there has much too big a center loop, even thought they "fit". You can try CAREFULLY bending the center loop to catch the spring lock, but don't do it all in spot or the spring will likely break.

strtjoints I have several used 65107 springs that are in good shape. If you haven't repaired your old one you might could use one of these used Homelite springs. If you try to bend your spring, be sure to get it red hot before trying to bend or it will probably break. The price of a used original Homelite 65107 spring is $5.00 plus shipping. joycewilson26@gmail.com

Was able to bend the spring a little to catch & wind. Now to tackle the intermittent spark on this 360.It shocks me whan I wet my fingers a little but can't seem to get a spark to jump on tester. Thanks for the help
