Well, between work, two kids, taking down this big half did laurel oak, and restoring a few old Homelites I finally found the time to get flikr started so I could share some pics of the saws I have been working on. The only one pictured here is my ol XL 12. I just recently acquired a very good condition super XL which required a spark plug and some gas to get running. It actually still has the dealer sticker on it from where it came from and which I remember being one of the more popular and even largest around here logging supply place. Anyway I will soon have some pics of the C-72 as it is getting closer and closer to running. The pics in the link are one towards the end of the day after working the XL 12 a while and two of the hired hand hauling and splitting firewood. www.flickr.com/photos/138659658@N05/shares/m8mc1L

That's cool! Love that little tractor. Yea that was actually mine when I was about his age. Restored it last spring. He’s still a little to small for it but the rope I tied around the front for me to pull helps him out a bit

Very nice stuff. You need to sharpen his splitting maul though, at least give him a chance!
