Welcome to HOH! Did you "prime" the plunger when installing new o-rings? I'm assuming you cleaned & checked the outlet check valve at the same time? You can test the system for blockages using a bench-top oil can with light pressure. These are pretty reliable systems, so I'm sure it can be fixed!

Check for blockage at the outlet hole where the bar mounts. Sometimes sawdust will get packed in there as the bar is bolted up. Also clean out the chain groove in the bar and the passage in the bar for the oil from the saw to the groove.

Check out: www.leonschainsawpartsandrepair.com/parts-diagrams.html for an IPL for your saw. There should be a filter in the tank, on the end of the fuel line. You might be in need of a carb kit too. There is a tiny screen in the carb that can clog but usually the saw will not run properly at any time if it is clogged. Also there is a strong possibility that the saw is overheating, check the cooling fins on the cylinder under the starter housing. And it might be the idle is adjusted a little lean too, that can cause acceleration problems. With the saw hot that will be aggravated.

Pay close attention to the routing of the fuel lines in that Little Red, a lot of folks get confused when they try to put them back together after disconnecting the lines. Take pictures, get the IPL and anything else you can for documentation.
