Looks like it had an easy life. Congrats! You've got a good nose for sniffing them out. Or maybe they call out to you because they know they will be treated like kings.

Beautiful saw. Im not familiar with it, mid 70s maybe? School me, I like it! If the serial number follows the same scheme as the US models, it should be a 1974 model. It does seem to have led an easy life. I do seem to stumble onto some good saws...I do spend a fair amount of time checking my regular sources though. And it also helps (or not???) that I don't have the common sense to quite buying saws!

Great looking saw. I'm curios to know how well the antivibe works on these saws compared to say a 925? I've been looking into buying one but didn't have one to test the difference.Charles.

I'm the wrong guy to ask, as I don't think the 925 vibrates badly at all! The system has (4) total isolation points, so it must make some difference. The rubber mounts are decent sized as well.
