Need help this saw runs but you have to pull for ever. The flywheel looks to have the keyway groove worn could this be the problem.

If the flywheel slot still appears aligned with the key, then its probably not. If its slipped and has the timing advanced a bit, this can make a saw hard to start. May be as simple as the pump diaphram in the carb a bit stiff. You may try squirting a bit of fuel in the carb, then set the choke and pull and see if it trys to start better. If this improves your situation, then you may just have a pump that's not working well getting fuel initially to the carb. Alternatively, after its been cranked and ran for a bit, switch it off and try to restart it. If it cranks with fewer pulls, then it may again just be the diaphram in the carb. Could also be a parially blocked impulse passage though the manifold to the carb. I'd saw first thing though is to figure out for sure if its an ignition or fuel related prob.
