 Need the knowledge on how to istall and adjust valves on briggs 6.75 intek ohv had to take head off to repair tang on mount for carb some one drove bolt through with impact or ratchet tapped hole and btroke the tang off jb weld is holding fine was stupid and didnt mark the push rods now everything is out of wack need help please Collin T. Allen

You mentioned push rods so that means the cam timing should be OK. What is the problem? It should work with the intake set to .008" and the exhaust set to .012" To set valve lash, turn the engine over until the intake closes then another half revolution of the crank. Set the gap between the rocker arm and valve tip. Repeat for the exhaust.
If this is not the information you are looking for, then re-post and be more specific.
I don't know the factory specification but these should be close.
