I just re-ringed a non- Homie saw(Yea, one of them orange ones . When can I expect to get a valid compression test ? Additionally...do you guys do anything special regarding break-in procedures for a re-ringed saw or for that matter...a new saw ? Thanks for the advice.

Stopped by the local saw shop and ran this question by the mechanic. He said the rings are seated after about 12 hours of use at 1/2 throttle. He qualified this by adding NO-ONE breaks one in this way....but should if longevity of the saw is the goal.
