ST-145 string trimmer and brush cutter assembly

Hello - 
I have an older string trimmer (ST-145) and wanted to add a brush cutting blade.  Amazon has a bunch of options, but they all have the round hole in the blade.  The ST-145 has a round shaft (threaded at end for nut) and a hexagonal adapter that fits the string head attachment.  I did not see any blade options with the hex hole or adapter plates on Amazon.

Can someone point me in the right direction for adding a brush blade, if possible? Not sure if I need a special adapter kit or blade.  Google not much help.  Thanks in advance.

The ST-145 as well as several other models were only meant to run a string head, not a brush cutter attachment. Brush blades require a brush cutter head attachment which was only an option on larger models unfortunately. The ST-145 was the smallest model of its series at the time. String head only.
