Hello I am doing some minor repairs to an XL-76 that my dad had. I need to replace the pull cord on it as it has broken on pulling over time. It is not the original as I replaced this years ago, but wanted to make sure I use the right diameter and length as it seems to be recommended to do so and I never did in the past. Would someone have this inof?

It’s #4.5 rope. Honestly can’t recall the length….
Get 4 ft and you will most likely have a touch too much. Trim it as needed.

Thanks for the info. I need to replace the fuel line and the grommets and I will order the set that is availble thru this site as it seems this will work well. Just wanted to know if there is a way to further confirm this.

The FLS25 Tygon hose and grommet kit available from Leon works great on an XL-76, I've used the kit on mine. Suggest purchasing an A/F grommet and two 69451 duckbill valves for the fuel and oil caps, as well.

thank you Terry. Not sure what the other grommets you are recommending would be for? Also not sure what the duckbill valves are but sounds like chek valves but not sure where they would go on? Is one to replace the fuel filter attached to the fuel line in the tank or? What is the A/F grommet? Sorry am not really familar with a lot of this though I do have the manual with the parts from a download
