identify a part on a C91

i'm in the process of rebuilding a C91 , i have it totally disassembled i had some parts in a zip lock bag and found a small brass pin ? not sure where it goes?
i have all of the manual oiler taken out of case , thinking its something to do with that?

If it's a cotter pin it is for the choke rod at the carburetor.
