I got this saw about the 2010- 2012 timeline as a Christmas gift, it was purchased at the Home Depot. I have no idea what saw family it belongs in.
I worked good the first few times I used it, then I had no use for it for several years, then after a storm it was needed again, was real hard to start and when it started was hard to keep running, would not idle no matter how much we tried to adjust the carb. It then sat again until a year or so ago when a new neighbor moved it and needed a chainsaw, we got it running again, cut what had to be cut and it was put aside again and just now I got a hair up my butt and decided to fix it right. Did some DIY backyard diagnostic's & found very little to no spark and rotted fuel lines, so we bought new carb, coil, plug, fuel lines, filters etc. and did the job. Now it is clean, looks real good and has no spark, I think I saw a hint of a weak weak spark, but I will call that, NO SPARK. I need help to get this working, I have done all the assorted cures, none worked. Is it possible the old and the new coil are both bad??
Entry level Home Depot saw 33cc Model Number UT10516 Serial Number ATL182118 Date of Manufacture 6/30/08 What saw family does this belong in??
