Hi all, I understand that the metering lever height on the SDC is supposed to be level with the fuel chamber floor, not the perimeter where the cover sits. The question I have is some of the levers have a fork on both ends, one on the needle side, the other on the diaphragm side. Was this an older design that was meant to fit into the diaphragm button? If so did it use a different height adjust ment?

I can't recall an SDC metering lever that didn't have a fork on each end. Seems like all of them I've ever seen had a fork on each end.
What other style are you referring to?

Amen: about zama I've heard rumors that zama is going to quit selling carb kits, only carbs, but china is stepping up to the plate. I've bought those tools also. Walboro.com has service manuals at their site.

Walboro.com has service manuals at their site. I have changed most of my zama carbs over to tillotson or walbro. I think I only have one or two left in running saws.
