I was one of the watchers on that bar. I love the graphics but I need it like I need a hole in my head. I already have a couple of 20"ers that are waiting for the right saw.

livin right or lucky, how ever you want to view it. ebay auction can have some unusual results. I have an XL-800 and a 903. I bought the 800 as kind of a parts saw because I needed a clutch cover for the 903. I'd been watching the auctions and had a posting on NOS but hadn't had any leads. I did find one NOS 925 cover but my saws have 5/16" bar studs and the 925 has 3/8 and the price was a little more that I was interested in paying. Well one day there, on good old ebay, was a 925 cover for $15 - shipping included - on a buy it now. I figured I could bush the holes for that price. When it arrived, sure enough, it was brand new but it had 5/16" holes ;D Somewhere in its history, someone had mislabeled it, it would not have fit a 925 as the sticker on it said.

I hope to fit it to my 350 but Im afraid it may be to pretty to use. Now what kind of chain to use?

I think you'll find that that bar is a .063 gauge. just remember that when you get chain for it. Check it but I'm pretty sure it's ,063 gauge.

Just got the bar yesterday. It appears to be just what I was after. It is brand new, small mount pattern, .050. What is throwing me is the previous bar on my 350 was an Oregon universal pattern and was larger in the mounting area. New bar is a 20503. When I pull up a parts lookup, that isnt the # I come up with for a 20 in. on a 350. It appears to be correct though. And by the way, it is much too pretty to use. Im not sure what Ill do with it. I put round ground chisel on it. Made the rest of the saw look like a beater.
