Hey group, I was wondering if anyone could help me figure out what model of 1130G I have? I'm not sure if it's an older model 1130G or an XP1130G. I'm hoping the carb is a tell-tale or other feature.

I can't seem to upload any pictures at the moment. I have the 1130G that the guy had as a 3100G. It was poorly repainted without any existing decals or ID tag. Attachments:

Hey Ed, nice to be back. I moved to Wyoming 15 months ago and haven't had a lot of time for the saws. I've repaired a bunch of stuff for people who "found out" that I work on equipment. Very few places around me do repairs and definitely not at reasonable prices. Funny thing is my neighbor is a saw guy too who does YouTube and knows Tinman and several of the other saw builders. He does more modern ported saws, so I'm going to rebuild his 360 he started on his channel. I just picked up 4 Homelite .404 063 107DL on feebay for my Carlton bar I got from LRB cheap.

Good to see that you're back into working on saws again! I've been busy between Homies & Macs.I got into the little XLs & Super2s last summer when my neighbor brought by an XL that was in dire straits - no spark, needed crank seals & new bar & chain cuz the oiler didn't work, crossed oil lines (a helluva way to learn how to work on those saws).I got it running for him & he was happy. After that I had a few in my shed that I'd gotten in a truckload sale & just had 'em piled up.I started tinkering with 'em & bought a few more.

Ok, so I'm not sure which member told me about this a while back, but the saw is a Super 1130G Automatic. If you see from the IPL, the Super had 2 thrust washers (#32) on the piston connecting rod end in the piston.
