I have a C51 18 in bar with a .404 chain with the number 27 on the drive links. There are 63 drive links. I'm wanting to know if this type of chain even exists anymore, and if not what would a guy use to replace it with. Thanks

I was really surprised at their prices on Oregon Power Cut chain. It would be cool if they offered 50ft options though. Excellent referral TYVM!

I have a similar chain off a C-51. It has a large Z below the cutters Between the rivets and a large 4L on the drive links. It is also .404 pitch and .63 gage. It has 62 drive links but only 30 cutters. The chain looks almost new. Like it was used until it became a little dull and hasn't been used since. The majority of the cutters are .45"-.46" with one .44" and one.47". I would like to know the top and side plate angles I need to set my bench grinder on to sharpen it. It is more rounded than a semi-chisel. I've never sharpened a .404" chain shaped like this. All I remember is full chisel. Thanks!
