It's been awhile, I still didn't get my 360 together, I hope I can do better with this one.
I have a Super2, with Walbro HDC 65 carb, #17 pump gasket leaks, I can't get any thing on the test gauge. The old gasket holds, but its rubber or neoprene. Can I soak the new gasket in something or put heat on the cover when together to get it to seal. Thanks Dennis

Usually soaking in brake fluid softens rubber. Soaking stiff diaphragms in brake fluid is a nice trick to save a few dollars on carb rebuilds. Many gaskets though are paper, not sure what brake fluid would do on them. Dan
