I've had one of my 240 saws for about 2 1/2 yrs.now & plan on working on it this fall to get it running again.I bought another 240 fairly cheap on Feebay ($12.50) & noticed that in front of the carb on the recoil side there's some sort of contraption that's missing on my original 240.Can someone terll me what this is & what it does?
Edit:I just took a look at an IPL & I think this is the oil pump?
