I don't know if anyone else has had this happen to them, but after happening 3 times now it's beginning to piss me off.I was cleaning up an SEZ & was getting it ready to extract crank seals & put new ones in.FWIW,the Lisle crank seal pulling tool isn't worth a damn for pulling seals on the SEZ,can't get the tool in place to get the hook under the seal lip.I had a stubborn rubber seal for the oil line that wouldn't budge to come out of the throttle handle & once again the mounting ear on the left side broke off.I saved the ear this time & I'm going to try JB Welding it back on.Before I dop that, does anyone have some advice on how to pull the seals on this saw?

I've seen a few of those bosses broken off of SEZ crankcases but never had one break on me while working on it. How exactly is that happening?

The 1st time it happened I was trying to put the throttle handle back on & was trying to insert the screw when it broke off.The 2nd time it fell out of my hand & broke the ear off. This time I was trying to get the oil line grommet out of the air box when it broke.Very poor construction principles IMO.It should've been much thicker at that point.Cheap, cheap, cheap!
