I am original owner of a "Super 2", Serial Number 45533743. Since reading here, I believe the year of manufacture is 1974, since first digit of 8 digit serial number is 4. There is no UT number on saw, only "Super 2" as model number. Again from reading here I believe this is before UT numbers were assigned. I would appreciate confirming if above is correct. If there is no UT number, how can I find a correct IPL# for this saw or parts list with correct part numbers? I love this saw and would love to get it back in good condition. I would greatly appreciate any help.

Thanks for the information. That is the only IPL that I had found on his site that looked like it might be it. I have had problem over the years with keeping the oil tank sealed including new cap and a lot of teflon tape on the threads. Looking at this IPL and Rev. 1 & 2, I believe the tank was changed from internal threads on the tank to external threads on Rev. 1. Leons parts site shows an oil tank #A-07554, where my saw shows A-69349 and Rev 1 shows A-70898 & Rev 2 shows A-70898A. I'm hoping the A-07554 will fit my saw. Any information regarding this would help. Thnks
