Went up to see the folks today, dad was cleaning the shop & had his 360 down off the shelf & I managed to get the ut & serial #, he bought it new in 1979 or 1980 he cant remember has the 24" sprocket bar & hand guard, still runs strong as ever, guaranteed to start on the 3rd pull anytime of year. Mom has lots of pics of dad on Mt hood back in the day cutting some big rounds while us kids were rolling them to the truck, damn good times... thanks

Lots of these Homelite chainsaws are woven into family memories. Always is nice that they stay around and keep them going.

That's so true, dad's 360 is like a trophy to me, years ago I bought him a stihl ms 171 for around his property he said he liked the weight of it, said thank you gave me a hug and set it aside, he used it once put it back on the shelf, said it felt weak and had no rpm, so he used my super ez that I left in his shop while I was moving, to this day he continues to use the super ez, guess it's just a DNA thing.
