Hi All,
This is my first post and hopefully you guys can give me some information. I have a Homelite E-Z Automatic chainsaw that I bought at a tag sale last year for $2.00 that I absolutely love. I replaced the gas cap and gasket because they were shot. I also needed to replace the fuel lines because the were rotten and like gummy tar(real fun to clean up). I did not need to touch the carburetor and I am going to leave it alone(It runs perfect). I spent a long time cleaning this saw because the sawdust was petrified to the head and everywhere else on the saw. This saw amazes me how well it cuts(Like Butter). I am looking for the button that goes to the oiler that is missing, The oiler works perfect. I am also wondering if they ever made a bumper spike to fit this saw(I want one bad). Does anyone know where I can get these two items? It looks like there is a spot to bolt a bumper spike to the saw but I have looked everywhere and have not been able to find one. Thanks for all the help in advance,
Larry T.

Homelite E-Z Automatic Type: 10104 Serial: 00210204 Larry, welcome to the forum. Wow, a 2 dollar bill got you a EZ Auto First, what did you use for fuel line when you replaced it? Did you replace the fuel filter too? Bumper spikes were/are available for the EZ line but you won't find them in a store Someone on this forum may be able to help or just keep you eye on ebay. The manual pump button shouldn't be too hard to find and I may have one in my parts stash at my cabin but I won't be back there for a week or so. Keep us posted....

First, what did you use for fuel line when you replaced it? Did you replace the fuel filter too? I replaced the old fuel line with black silicon fuel line, I wanted clear but I was unable to find clear fuel line the had a small enough outside diameter to fit through the small hole. I ran into the same problem with my Homelite HT-19 Hedge Trimmer but the extra fuel line I bought for the E-Z fit perfect(I bought the trimmer for $3.00 and had to rebuild the carb). The original grommet for the E-Z where the fuel line goes through was rotted along with the fuel line but I was able to locate a new grommet. I replaced the fuel filter with a new Echo one because it was very similar to the original. I should have what you need. Bill Whatcha got? How Much? Please let me know...Thanks ;D

Seems like I am in "Yeller/Orange & White Saw" country.
