Where does the lubrication come from for this bearing Should it be manually greased (white lithium grease ?) or a high temp grease occasionally ?

Yep, they need occasional greasing. I use moly-based bearing grease on mine.

On the other end of the spectrum... I have never "regularly" greased a clutch bearing. On the rare occasion that I pull a clutch... I will grease it then... other than that... I just leave it be... no probs.

That's about how often mine get grease too. When a sprocket is removed for whatever reason, it'll get grease. Otherwise, they're left alone. That's what I meant by occasional.
