I have a Walbro SDC-62 from a SXL AO that is in need of serious cleaning and I'm thinking about an ultrasonic cleaner and was wondering
what fluid to use that's safe and effective ?
Thanks Charles

This might sound crazy but I have heard that Pine Sol works good....... I soaked a carb in it once and nothing bad happened. Seemed to work ok...My basement smelled great too!

I've heard of quite a few folks using Pinesol with good results. I also hear Simple Green cut to normal strength works well too.

I use lemishine and dawn dishsoap. It works extremely well. It also works well on pistol and rifle brass too. Lol

I use Yamaha carburetor cleaner. It’s expensive at about $18 a quart, but I can usually do 3 or 4 carbs with one quart.
