Well in short I tore this saw apart a good part of a year ago with hopes of getting it running and possibly restoring. Well here we are January of 2021 and life has not gotten any slower but I did finally manage to clean this saw and I'm very happy with how well it turned out. I've gotten everything I need minus the clutch which is on it's way to get this saw throwing chips. It's in decent shape paint wise and I haven't found a bit of rot. Should have some updates soon! Good to be back and posting a bit on the sight. First picture is when I got the saw almost 2 years ago now haha 58381571_410991659484412_3117415412376010752_o by TJ McCauley, on Flickr 20210122_203458 by TJ McCauley, on Flickr 20210122_203502 by TJ McCauley, on Flickr 20210122_203512 by TJ McCauley, on Flickr 20210122_203519 by TJ McCauley, on Flickr

If the gas cap is original, the black ones are pre 1975. Nice saw. Points and condenser ignition? Hope you success with your new toy.

Thanks guys! Clutch showed up today so hopefully I'll have some updates soon. Did pull the carb tonight and it's looking like this will be an easy runner. Cylinder and piston are in great shape and saw has spark so carb kit and fuel lines and the new clutch outta do it.

Well I got the saw running but just need to get a video up of it. Haven't done anything on youtube as my wifi just can't seem to handle uploading videos. Hoping I can upload to flickr and put them up here. If not hopefully youtube will work.
