Hello group, I finally got around to replacing the fuel, oil and impulse lines and the carb boot. Started on the 2nd pull after it was primed and runs great except it is oiling way too much, I did add winter blend oil and it's not that cold. I went to adjust the oil flow and it appears the adjuster is missing. After I cleaned all the muck off the pump I noticed what appears to be a sheared pin on the face of the pump. Is there a replacement part including the pin or do I need the entire pump?

That appears to be the non-adjustable pump, which would be correct for the age of your saw. There's nothing missing, there never was anything else attached to the front of the pump.

I believe this is what I'm missing along with the screw. I'm gonna try to remove the pin and fix this.

That is for the adjustable oiler. If you look behind the sprocket toward the upper side of the c/case you'll see an 8/32 screw with a 1/4" hex head. That screw holds your oiler in the c/case and keeps the oiler from rotating. The old adjustable type oiler had a follower screw with a much larger head, like 1/2" I believe, that retained the oiler in the c/case but allowed it to rotate for adjustable oil flow. The adjustable oiler only came in 350's and very early 360's.

I'm sorta confused and don't want to sound ignorant but the oiler in this saw had a pin in the front which would indicate it had the adjustable oiler. I removed the small bolt from inside behind the clutch and it's a screw not a bolt with a pin. I'm wondering if someone put a adjustable pump in because it definitely has a sheared off pin in the front.

That's just what the non-adjustable oilers look like. I can go pull several new non-adjustable oilers out of the boxes and they all look just like yours. The pin is flush to the front surface on them. On an adjustable oiler, the pin protrudes enough to catch the adjustment tang that you posted the picture of.
That's just the way it is.

Is there supposed to be a set screw in there? It has threads inside the hole.

Nothing in the threaded hole normally. You thread a screw into the hole to pull the pump out.

So I'm thinking the over oiling is due to the winter blend oil vs my usual summer blend.

Light oil could be contributing to excess oil flow, especially if it's not very cold outside. 360's have a very strong oiler as it is. If you let one idle for a minute or two then throttle it up it will sling oil everywhere.
