I thought I would give you an update and retire this thread. I put the carb kit in the SEZAO last night with a new gas line and she fired and idled on the third pull. I did not run it hard as the B/C are still off as I need to repair the clutch cover (cracked) but it is up and running ! Thanks all for your help and advice.

mikem, the thread won't disappear so as you move to the next stage, just amend this thread. You still have the questionable oil issue - leak. Glad to hear it's running. Run the saw with B/C off and watch the oiler port for flow. Oil should start flowing soon after starting and then give the manual pump a push and see if you get a good squirt. If you need a clutch cover PM me. I think I can part with one.

No leaks from any lines and fittings. I used a dremel tool to clean/rough up the crack in the case, cleaned the crack with acetone then filled the crack with Belzona, an industrial two part epoxy that works much better than most cold welds. The case is clamped now waiting on the epoxy to cure. I will let you know if it does not work and I need a clutch cover. I do need the guide bar plates(SEZAO) if someone has some spares.

Update on oil leak: I filled the saw with chain oil and let it sit for two days .....no leaks. The chain gaurds are in the mail. When they get here, time to install B&C and do the final adjustment of the carb.
