What are the common sizes of fuel lines? Super xl auto, 925 and 360 are some future projects coming up soon. I am looking to buy bulk and not just 1 foot at a time.

I'm not sure what the 925, or the 360 take, but my SXLAO had a molded line that was a pain to get in without breaking it. I learned how to after breaking the first one...WD-40 and a little bit through the hole at a time...

I'm trying some Rotary 8645 gray fuel line. It's diameters are .115/.204 which is a direct replacement for Homelite 70310 fuel line. This fits virtually any modern Homelite chain saw, weedeater and many others. It's flexible and easy to install but since I've only had it for less than 2 years, I can't speak to the longevity yet, so far, so good though. I got a 50' roll for about $25.
I know a lot of guys are very loyal to tygon line. It's good line, it's very tough and it's longevity is probably unequaled. I'm just looking for something that's not quite so stiff to work with. When you pull it off of a carb inlet nipple or a fuel filter then push it back onto the same fitting, it's loose. It seems to tighten back down ok after some time, I just wonder sometimes how long it takes to seal back up good.
As far as the SXL goes, the older ones used the molded line which is a bear to install without damaging it. I used to grind off part of the leading edge of the molded grommet to ease installation and I lubed it with brake fluid, seemed to make it slicker than any other lube. I think it was when the old SXL's went from blue to red that they began utilizing the bulk fuel line. Many have been converted to bulk fuel line with grommets, a new carb inlet nipple and new fuel filter.
Most of the 925's used molded lines too, maybe all of them. I don't recall if the latest ones used bulk line or not. If not, they should have!
350's and 360's all used bulk line and grommets.
