Well I’m about to embark on the adventure of Red Kote-ing several fuel tanks as I’ve recently run across several that have leaks and one that to my disappointment I’ve learned may soon leak. Anyway any suggestions for what to do with the fuel line hole? Is there any danger of it being sealed shut? I thought about a piece of fuel line staying in it but then worried about the red kote drying to it on the inside and damaging the liner once dry and removing the fuel line.

I like to tape the fuel hose hole shut with masking tape. Once the Red-Kote has setup, I remove the tape and use a razor to re-open the hole. Works every time!

Be cognizant of any that also have a tank vent through the side of the tank instead of the cap. Can't think of a model off hand besides a Super 2, which shouldn't need coating, but there are some others.
