Oh man, I enjoyed watching part 2.
I got the XP-1130 running right...it had the wrong carburetor on it and I just happened to have the right one squirreled away. So next time we'll be able to make some slightly faster cuts!!!

Love the tuned sound on that 550cs I too watched the video and was impressed. I did a search on the 8800 solo/homelite and found/watched Leon's 8800 repair video with flywheel replacement. Interesting that Acres site does not mention it at all. Found a few more pix on Chainsaw Collectors.se. How big are they???

88cc I haven't run this one enough to pass judgement on it. Other than the fuel/oil caps are crap.

That's one of the cleanest 8800's out there, nice one Scott! Those caps that you have are the best of any that fit these models...the most rigid and least likely to warp.

I dont really run my 8800 but the 540 is a great saw to run. I love the speed and tourque in larger wood .. Overall nice saw to run.

Nice! A buddy of mine used to have a bumper sticker that said "My truck doesn't leak oil, it's just marking it's territory". His truck leaked a LOT of oil!
