What carb kit do I need to buy for a Walbro HDA 60 carburetor on my XL-2? I found it in the junkyard the other day, had a new Oregon sprocket and chain plus a new GB bar. I cleaned it up, put new hoses and filters on it and a new spark plug. It will run for little while then die. Has good spark so I am thinking the carburetor needs a kit put in it. Any thoughts on it? Thanks, Tim

you might try disassembling the carb & cleaning it. I also had an XL that must have had water in it when I took the carb off there was a large mass of corrosion blocking the reed cleaned it out it is one of my go to saws now

When I take the carburetor off, I want to put a full kit in it like I've done with my Super XL's. Kits aren't that expensive. I just need to know the Walbro kit to buy for it

yes please ignore me the K22-HDA is correct. I think I just stumbled on some of my more recent carb issues though.

Yes the carburetor is a HDA 60. I have a HDA 60 on my Super 2 as well, it is a replacement carb as it had a HDC 57 when I bought it. Thanks, Tim

Thought I would ask the Question here instead of starting a new thread. On my XL Automatic Oiler. UT-10618A SN 7E0900645 Its has A Walbro carb, says HDC on it. The IPL says its a HDC-15 I am finding 2 carb kits for it. K10-HDC and the D10-HDC Any ideas?
